17. Miscellaneous

Because you shall have access to the Information and other valuable proprietary materials of the Tallevast Information Center, you agree that the Tallevast Information Center shall have the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions and any of its provisions by injunction (without being required to show any actual damage or to post an injunction bond), specific performance or any other equitable relief without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that the Tallevast Information Center may have for the breach of these Terms and Conditions. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable. If any such provision is determined to be unenforceable, such unenforceability will not affect any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions will be construed as if such unenforceable provision had not been contained therein. No waiver by the Tallevast Information Center of any right under or provision of these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other such right or provision of a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time.
18. Limitation
It is the Tallevast Information Center's intention that this Privacy Policy apply only to the Tallevast Information Center's online data retention and collection activities. The Policy does not apply to any offline practices of the Tallevast Information Center.
