Medical Evaluation Program for Tallevast

Lockheed Martin established the "Medical Evaluation Program for Tallevast" as part of its commitment to invest in the health of the Tallevast community. Through the program, which was initiated in 2006, current and former Tallevast residents are eligible for a free health evaluation.

Participants have an opportunity to meet with a program physician to discuss their medical history and receive an evaluation of their current health status. Program physicians will send the results of the evaluation to the participant's personal primary-care physician.

The program is administered independently from the Corporation, and medical records from the program are not disclosed to Lockheed Martin.
